Juniper Networks

Scott serves as a Consulting Engineer - Americas, at Juniper Networks, part of the technical team that supports Juniper Networks customers throughout North and South America. In this role, he is focused on broadband and entertainment network architectures that provide "multi-play" services to end customers. He works with leading carriers to ensure that their IP-based services are architected to provide customers with an assured experience over any broadband technology including DSL, HFC, Fiber to the Prem (FTTP), and wireless.

At Unisphere Networks, Scott was a Systems Engineer in the Americas region. Prior to Unisphere Networks, Mr. Shoaf was a Sr Member of Technical Staff at SBC Labs in Austin, TX and a Network Engineer at a small IOC in North Carolina giving him a broad perspective around broadband services, IP architectures, outside plant issues, and customer networks for a full end-to-end view of service delivery.

Scott holds a Masters of Science Degree in Physics from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from UNC Charlotte.
