Helmut Rauscha obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology in 1998.
Before starting at Telekom Austria, Mr. Rauscha worked as a Key Account Manager in the field of Air Traffic Management for the company Frequentis, the world-wide market leader in this segment, and afterwards as a Senior Product Manager for UMTS for the company Kapsch Carrier Com AG.
He is currently occupying the position of Innovation Portfolio Manager at Telekom Austria AG in the wireline business segment. In this position, he is responsible for developing technology-related business strategies. His field of interests are Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Home Networking.
