Alcatel-Lucent

Greg Owens is responsible for media and analyst relations activities related to Alcatel's Triple Play and Managed Communications Services (MCS) solutions and is based in Antwerp, Belgium.

Mr. Owens is also a member of the Broadband Services Forum's Marketing Committee. The BSF is an independent, non-profit trade association that addresses the business of broadband and works with the service provider and content communities to deliver content-rich consumer and business services.

Between 2001 to 2005 Mr. Owens was responsible for the marketing communications activities for Alcatel's fixed wireline products and solutions. Mr. Owens has been a professional writer since 1992. Prior to joining Alcatel, Mr. Owens provided professional writing services for Newbridge Networks, Nortel, Corel Corporation and a number of public- and private-sector clients.

Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada).
